Amazing transformation! Having visited Little Tokyo Marketplace for two decades, I’ve seen many changes, but the new Bliss Bakery is by far one of the best. The updated interior gives it such a premium vibe, especially with their sleek Hi-Fi sound system that adds a sophisticated touch to the atmosphere. Their Tapioca bread is an absolute must-try—perfectly chewy and flavorful. The bread quality has leveled up significantly, and the staff is as sweet as can be. A true hidden gem!

Sweetest people and best service!! We got their pineapple sponge cake and chocolate cake with puff pastry inside (DELICIOUS), along with the Matcha and Taro smoothie. Great prices and delicious baked goods!! 1000000/10!!!!

MY friend told me to check this place out because he said they sold "fire" bread. I didn't come in with high expectations because it just seemed like a regular asian bakery. However when I walked in everyone seemed to be in a good mood and said good morning. I got this circular looking bread and that was the most amazing bite of bread I ever had. It was very chewy lightly sweet and over all just a great way to start my morning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the area. I myself live in riverside however I might have to come back just to get that chewy goodness again.

This sausage bread is so good. The bread is soft and the sausage is flavorful and juicy. It’s our kid’s all-time favorite breakfast item.

One of the best bakeries in LA! This hidden gem needs to be on your list of places to visit whenever you are in the area. They not only have amazing savory pastries, but their desserts are even better! The pastries are soft, pillowy, with just the perfect amount of sweetness. You can tell the food is made with love. ❤️
