I've been going to Dr. Park for years and it's always an easy and enjoyable experience. She's extremely kind and helpful and her staff is amazing. I've also dealt with Nancy sinc e I've been going here and she is great and extremely knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with any documentation or any paperwork requests. They've always provided all the documentation necessary and are very patient with any questions I have. Overall they're fantastic and I'm sure I'll be going here for years to come!

Dr. Park and all the staff do an excellent work! From the eye examination to getting my glasses, I had no trouble at all and it was a quick and easy process. When picking up my glasses, Dr. Park and the staff adjusted my glasses until I was happy with the fit. My glasses work great and fit perfectly, I have no complaints. I highly recommend this optometry.

Dr. Park has been my family’s optometrist for about 2 decades now. Staff: Her staff is always friendly and welcoming. They clearly explain each pre-exam tests and are encouraging when I have trouble completing the pressure test (does everyone else dislike this machine?). Dr. Park: I have always lived in different parts of the country and schedule appointments with Dr. Park when I come back home to visit which usually tends to land on holidays. She has always been so accommodating and squeezes me in even though she has a tight schedule. Her office is up to date with new technology and she always gives me free contact solution samples and/or contact cases. Ever since I was in elementary school, I have been on the Ortho K (also know as “dream lens”) program. I wear hard contacts to sleep, take them off in the morning, and can see throughout the whole day. It has been a game changer since I do not need to wear contacts or glasses throughout the day. Her attention to detail, compassion for her patients, and in-depth knowledge is reflected in thorough care. If you live in the area or need proper eye care, I highly recommend New World Optometric Center and Dr. Connie Park!

Got tired of waiting over an hour every time I had an appointment, even do, I complained, I was told that things will change, it never changed. I switched to another optometrist, my new eye doctor sent a fax request of records FIVE times! and Dr. Park office staff never sent records (released of records form was previously signed) I had to go in person to pick up my records, then, after arriving to the New World Optometric Center; I was told by the staff that Dr. Park was reviewing my records!! really?? after waiting over Two hours, finally I got my record (One Sheet) that took over 3 weeks to be reviewed. While I was waiting for my records, I overheard a female patient complained that Dr. Park charged her $50.00 and she did not received an explanation from Dr. Park, another family of 3 where complaining about the waiting. I am Glad I left this place. I will never come back!!

Staff and doctor was very helpful polite and nice. This location uses the most modern equipment available today. Very thorough, did not feel rushed at all. Doctor performed excellent work examining my eyes. After visiting here, one leaves feeling the entire staff has your health, as well as your good vision as their primary and sincere concern.
