Thank you, Warren and team! My friend's beloved dog just passed so I wanted to send her a bouquet. Warren understood what I wanted and was empathetic as he's also a dog parent. He was thoughtful in suggesting some words for the card and I appreciated that. I'm so glad I found The Gardena Florist and I'm very happy with their service! 10/10 would order from them again.
I got an email saying I missed the cutoff for same day delivery. However, there was a knock at my door with a sweet man saying they wanted to rush it out before they closed anyway. So to still get them when I missed the cutoff really made my day and her day. Really awesome and much appreciated the best flower delivery service I’ve gotten! Thank you so much 🤘🏼
This was my first time having flowers delivered for someone. I was a bit nervous at first because I did not know what to expect, especially since I wasn’t going to see the flower arrangement in-person as I was ordering online. I made my order ready online and called the store for some guidance as to the process. After speaking with a very friendly woman, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, I submitted my online order. That same day a beautiful flower arrangement was delivered to my close friend as a surprise. She loved it! The process was so easy and the delivery was so quick. Thank you!
I so appreciate how quick to respond you were. My friend was really touched by the orchids and said they are absolutely beautiful. It's amazing that you were able to take my call, accept my order, and turn everything around (including delivery) within an hour. Especially after hours!! Thank you again. This is the BEST flower shop in all of the south bay. They are intentional with delivery, extremely personable, cordial, and will go out of their way to ensure your flowers look amazing, and get there perfectly. These look even more stunning and beautiful than in the pictures, honestly. Huge shout out to Warren, who was an absolute gem of a person and was truly so awesome!! Thank you Gardena Florist for being so sweet. Im buying all my flowers here in the future! My girlfriend thought these were the prettiest flowers she had received.
