I ordered flower arrangements for my boyfriend's mother's birthday (birthday was couple weeks ago) and it was really beautiful and elegant. Helen was very sweet and helpful. She knew exactly what I needed and was professional. I recommended this florist to all of my friends and will definitely be a returning customer. I am so impressed with JC Florist. I had the sad occasion today to need to send a sympathy gift - being on the East coast, I found JC florist online and called to ask some questions (thought I had to order online). They are super helpful, kind and prompt, and took my order right there on the phone and offered some suggestions that wouldn't have been available if I had ordered online. They also literally delivered the flowers in under 2 hours of my order! My friend who just got home today from the funeral arrangements - really welcomed and appreciated the flowers. So I'm very grateful to have JC's help with this gesture.

Terrible service. After getting an order confirmation they did not deliver. I called them and the manager said that I committed fraud. That my credit card, my phone and address were a fraud. Finally my friends did not get the flowers. It is strange, I had bought from them several times before. I am sure there are better suppliers and much more polite in the flower market.
