I usually don’t enjoy shopping at this Nordstrom location because I’ve often experienced rude employees and managers in the past. However, my experience with Lanier in the women’s shoe department completely changed that. LANIER helped me with my tkees sandals and truly went above and beyond — even assisting me after the store was already closed. I called him letting know i was flying out the next morning, he had everything prepared. Lanier genuinely understands what customer service means, which is rare to find here. He was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Lanier absolutely deserves to get a raise and to be in a management position at this location. If more employees followed his example, this Nordstrom would be a much better place to shop.
I haven't been there in years but my experience buying some slacks and a dress shirt were wonderful. The customer service was spot on. The associate helped me to pick out an outfit and then they hemmed and pressed my items within an hour for my event that night!.
I came around Early morning were the wait time is less than 5 minutes A remarkable dessert along with some pomegranate juice to equalize the pleasure which is definitely worth waiting for!
This Nordstrom is really good. If you're looking for kid shoes, you should definitely ask for Joseph. He's really good with kids and finding the right shoes. You can tell he must have amazing parents because they did a fantastic job raising him. 😉
