Cindy from the fragrance department was amazing! She provided excellent customer service and helped me with everything I needed. She was super nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. I really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend asking for Cindy if you’re shopping for fragrance!

To the store manager: Stop closing the main doors way too early before the store actually closes at Macy’s in Del Amo Mall. It would be understandable to close them maybe 10 minutes before closing time—but not 45 minutes or an hour early. Unbelievable. This has been happening for quite some time. See the videos below. Every other store is open, but Macy’s forces customers to walk all the way around because you keep only one entrance open.

Thank you Cindy for always and I do mean always going above and beyond. Some people do it for the commission but you actually listen to what the customer is saying and make it right even when we’re not sure what to get. My wife purchased a Cartier bottle from there, the top broke off, I didn’t have any receipt so that brought the value of the bottle down (no biggie!) I initially just went to trade the bottle in for another one. They didn’t have it in stock which I didn’t mind because it was a toilette, I ended up getting my wife a bottle of perfume that’s smells amazing that we both was unaware of being she loves YSL, Cindy ran with what I told her she likes and boom (BROWNIE POINTS FOR THE HUSBAND!!) on a JB (just because) gift. I also got a cologne super fire. Can’t wait till next month. Thank you again Cindy and the whole staff up there!!!

This location has one of best customer service person I've seen in a while. Sheila Novoll gave me EXTRA, EXTRA attention with my beautiful dress. me find the perfect dress. If you want attention to detail. Let her use her fashion gift. I would also like to mention Shina she totally helped me pick out a classy beautiful blouse I needed for another event I had to attend. Shiny went out of her way to make sure I looked fabulous for the concert. SHINA & SHEILA my go to people at this store.

I always have a good time shopping at Macy’s over at Del Amo Mall. They’ve got a ton of stuff to choose from which is awesome, but the best part is everything’s really good quality. It’s totally worth a trip just for that. I usually bring my kids along too because they have these cool racks with out-of-season clothes that are still super nice but cheaper. Oh, and the men’s section is a hit because they’ve got some really nice colognes. They even let us try a few samples last time we were there, which was pretty cool. Plus, during the holidays, Macy’s really goes all out. The decorations are on point, and they play the perfect music for the season. The place is also super clean, which is a big plus. Honestly, even if you’re just looking to window shop or hang out with your family and friends, I’d definitely recommend checking out Macy’s at Del Amo Mall. It’s a great spot.
