I have purchased items from this company for years, among many others.. upon reading reviews, I don't feel some are fair. Of course, check the material of the jewelry you are purchasing - as a piercer and a jewelry provider to individuals you service, this is YOUR personal duty. Not theirs. Initial piercings, and even many healed require Titanium (which they have been adding more of), based on the individual and time use. They are transparent of each material on individual items listed. This company has a lot of beautiful amazing quality Titanium pieces available that I am happy to have access to order quickly when needed, and US based. I don't reach out to customer service often but when I do, they're great. Michelle, my sales rep has been amazing. I am confident and happy to continue using this supplier.
I had a really disappointing experience with Hollywood Body Jewelry. The quality of the jewelry was far below what I expected for the price—items felt cheap and didn’t look like the photos online. They are all made in China. Customer service was also frustrating to deal with. responses were slow, unhelpful, and felt dismissive when I reached out with concerns. Shipping took much longer than advertised, and there was no proactive communication about delays. Overall, the company seems more focused on marketing than on delivering quality products or decent customer support. I wouldn’t recommend Hollywood Body Jewelry and won’t be purchasing from them again. Not buying Chinese products again. I lost a lot of clients and wasted my money.
Nice customer service, but their products are trash if you don't buy the real gold or silver jewelry. Turned my nose and a clients nose green
I have been buying from Hollywood Body Jewelry for about 15 years now. I have worked with many of their customer service representatives over the years. I have had the pleasure to work with Rachel for the past year. She has been the best customer service rep I have ever worked with at Hollywood. Rachel is always friendly, polite and professional! Rachel always goes above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. On the gold 5 star rating, I would give Rachel 100 gold stars!
Customer service is great, they are patient and kind. the order is send out very quick. so far it is complete and of good quality, first order has 20% discount and a free gift bag. the gift bag was bigger than expected. not all will/can be used by me, but my friends loved the items i gave them. keep up the good work!
