I had a wonderful experience at Diamond Optometry when I took my son for an eye check-up. Dr. Natalie Lavender was incredibly thorough, patient, and caring. She explained everything clearly and made my son feel comfortable throughout the exam. The staff, was very welcoming, attentive, and professional, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the warm and friendly atmosphere of the office and the high level of care provided. I highly recommend Diamond Optometry for anyone in need of excellent eye care services!
Excellent service and wonderful staff! Dr. Lavinder spent extra time with me to make sure I had the best fitting and the perfect prescription. Yushin was incredibly friendly and never made me feel pressured at any point. I got my first pair of computer glasses here, and I’m honestly shocked by how much they’ve improved my vision and reduced eye strain. The whole team was patient, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I was referred by family. The receptionists were super helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Dr. Natalie Lavinder is a professional and she gives amazing customer service. I have never had such a quick optometrist visit, I was in and out in just under an hour. 10/10 would recommend.
Highly recommend this optometry office! The staff were very patient and understanding even though I was running late, and Dr. Lavinder who saw me was very thorough and made me feel so comfortable during my time here. They had a very big selection of frames to choose from, so I got a nice pair of backup glasses in addition to my contact lens order. If you're in the Irvine area needing eye care, this is the spot!
If you're looking for an eye exam, go here. This is a wonderful place. The staff is so helpful. The eye exam was very careful and thorough. They have the absolute newest, state-of-the-art eye exam machines so you know you're getting very accurate information. We were lucky to choose it.
