Came here based on a recommendation from Suit Supply in Beverly Hills. They were able to alter my husband's wedding suit and my wedding dress! She tailored my bust area perfectly, did my bustle for the train, and hemmed the dress all within a timely manner (about 3 weeks) before I flew out! Thank you for the beautiful work and care for our special day attire!

I am a repeat customer. I have always been very happy with their work. This most recent time, I took a pair of trousers as one pant leg's hem was undone. But they noticed the other leg's hem also needed repairs n they did both but didn't charge me for the 2nd one n honored the original quoted price. So nice!!!

Jenny is the best tailor in town! Wow! Her and her team did a very good job at tailoring my wedding dress. She did a complicated job so well! And fast! I needed my dress a little bit bigger and she made it happen. My dress needed alot of alterations and she managed to meet every need. Thank you jenny! Will be coming back here for any future alterations! Wedding dress came out beautiful.

This shop was recommended by the shop I bought my dress from, which is across the street. My experience was great. I felt she was honest about what needed to be done to the dress within the time frame I needed my dress to be done. I would recommend them.

Let me start by saying I never take the time to write negative reviews, but I feel I have to share this experience to ensure others proceed with caution when using this small business. I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this shop. I brought in my wedding dress, which was already made to my measurements, and only needed the back and sleeves slighlty tightened. From the very beginning, I was overcharged and treated unfairly. • Overpriced alterations: I was quoted a premium price of $930 for very minimal work. Since my wedding day was soon approaching, I accepted the overpriced work. I paid in full at the first fitting and was told I was getting a 5% discount. At my second fitting, Jenny tried to charge me an additional $450. I kindly reminder her that I paid in full. She said she didn't see the payment on her end and made me go through my bank statement to prove I had already paid. This was both unprofessional and frustrating but I chalked it up to an honest mistake. • Dishonest veil sale: Jenny asked if I wanted to try on a veil during my second fitting. I told her I wasn't sure I wanted a veil but she offered to have one made and said I could take it or leave it when I came back for my dress. No measurements were taken, we simply tried one of the short sample veils hanging near the dressing room. When I came back for the final fitting Jenny told me there was no need to try it on as she was sure it would fit perfectly. She presented the dress and veil already bagged and said I owed $290. I was surprised at the additional charge but rushed for time, I swiped my card and ran on to my next errand. Later I went home to try my dress on and immediately saw how poorly the veil was made, with a crookedly sewn comb that didn’t even sit properly. The dress was also MUCH tighter than the previous fitting only one week prior. I knew I wouldnt have time to have it altered again, so I made due with it and knew I'd have to be extra careful on my wedding day. I jumped online and realized I was also severely overcharged for the veil. Amazon had long, beautiful, beaded veils for $20. This one was simply a (crooked) comb with one layer of tulle. The comb was not rounded to fit on my head and the tulle was unevenly bunched when I tried to place it on my head. • Refund refusal: When I tried the dress and veil on I kindly messaged Jenny and asked to return the veil. She agreed via text, but when I returned it to the shop, she refused to refund me in full. Instead, she only refunded half, keeping $150 for a veil I returned, claiming it was “custom made” (it wasn’t). She claimed she wouldn't be able to sell it to anyone else, yet there were never even measurements taken to be fitted to me. It looked like all the others in her shop. Throughout the process, what started with kindness quickly turned into rudeness once I questioned the charges. The workmanship was poor, the prices were outrageous, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. I even apologized for returning the veil, but I couldn't justify the price, especially given the quality. Bridal Elegance down the street sells their custom veils for $100 + -. ⚠️ I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The lack of honesty, quality, and customer service made what should have been a joyful part of my wedding preparations into a stressful ordeal.
