Cute clothes with great prices, but they’re a bit misleading. I was excited to find a dress that I really loved, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size that day. I was told “our online store will have it because it’s our own brand.” I went online, only to see that it’s not even on the website. I called back in to ask if they have it at one of their locations in my size, and they found one! I got excited, only for them to tell me they cannot ship it at all. They only ship between their physical stores, not to customers. I explained that I don’t live in the area but I had my heart set on that item (I’m asking for it to still be shipped within Southern California and I’m willing to pay). Why do you have an online store if you can’t ship your own brand? I just feel a bit misled and it seems like a poor policy to have in place.

Love love love! Good deals. Although the employee was following me around constantly as if I were gonna steal something. Even though there was literally nobody in the store. But I get it! Still a great place to shop for boho styles :)
