Great selection for Nurses. Chef/cook selection is very limited . I bought the 2 of the same chef coat in the same size and color/brand. They were priced differently, and I was charged for the more expensive price. Apparently the embroidery guy only works on Thursdays , so embroidery couldn’t be expedited, but the nurse in front of me in line was told to come back later that day for her embroidery…. Quality of embroidery was top though.
I went to this store and I won’t go back. I tried to return a pair of scrubs within the two week period with my tags and the owner refused to do so. Not only did they they refuse, but he squeezed my arm and tried to shove me out of his store. He accused me of being rude when I told him “You’re the one who’s yelling and raising your voice at me.” Not to mention the assault that I experienced. This all happened while the wife started recording me without my permission rather than try to help me. Instead she insisted on showing me a different pair of scrubs to compare them to the ones that I was originally trying to exchange. The scrubs appeared to be a size larger than the ones I wanted to return. She denied letting me try on the larger size scrubs. Even after showing them how small the original scrubs were. This store is literally not even safe to walk into! It’s clear why they’re going out of business. They seem to care more about their money and greed rather than their own patrons.
Workers are always pleasant. Great customer service provided. They are always ready and willing to help with any questions or assistance you need. They have everything you need whether you’re in the medical field and beyond. They have great discounts as well.
The stuff here is good quality. There is a selection so wide that it extends into two separate stores connected to each other. There's a ton of different colors and designs to choose from especially for scrubs. They also had chef uniforms, server aprons, lab coats, and outfits for people that work in construction and mechanics. It's pretty much almost everything you need when it comes to uniforms. The workers are so kind and friendly. They asked if we needed anything and offered to put away everything we discarded after trying them on in the changing room. I took two stars off because first, the prices are a little too steep. I personally feel like a scrub set should not be close to $80. I bought 2 outfits and the total came out to over $150. On top of that, there are no refunds, but you have 14 days to exchange an item. That is quite restrictive if you ask me. However if money is not an issue and you don't plan on returning your purchases, the inventory here is pretty good. At least they have fitting rooms where you can try everything on beforehand. They also do not have a public restroom.
I had a family member purchase a pair of shoes for nursing here and not only were they absurdly over priced but the shoe was labeled the incorrect size. When I received them they obviously did not fit so I brought them in to exchange for another size. When I tried to exchange the workers were not only dismissive but tried to pretend they did not understand what I was saying. They didn’t even offer me other shoes for purchase. I know this store has been around for a while so I thought they’d have better customer service. I attend nursing school nearby and it would’ve been nice to have a place I could easily recommend to friends, but this definitely was not A place I would recommend
