This place was inside another store (go in to the far corner) so could be confusing to find. But the lady there was very nice and explained the products very well.

If you use an OTC card here, be 100% sure you really need the product. This company may falsely claim that refunds are not possible with OTC cards. I contacted both my card and my insurance company, and both responded that the refund process is the same as with a regular credit card. I filed a complaint against this company with the following government agencies: the California Department of Consumer Protection, the California Attorney General's Office, the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
