I tired to use the model they have and the chairs are so comfortable and strong. I usually get Thai massage monthly. But this is way better than the the Thai massage. The people in the shop are very kind and knowledgeable as well. I recommend this chair to whoever wants to buy a maagae chair!!
I purchased the EZ Hot Spa for my mom to help keep her legs warm during the winter, and she absolutely loves it. I’ve tried it myself and was impressed with how quickly it heats up. The built-in timer is also a great feature and makes it very convenient to use. The customer service was excellent—the kind lady who assisted me was extremely helpful and provided plenty of useful information about the spa. I highly recommend it!
I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the two female employees working here. On previous visits, they barely acknowledged me and continued talking among themselves instead of assisting customers. On my most recent visit, I politely said I was just looking around, but one employee made me feel extremely uncomfortable as if I wasn’t welcome in the store. When I asked questions, I received only the bare minimum responses, with no effort to be helpful or engaging. This is not how customers should be treated. It felt judgmental and unprofessional, as if assumptions were being made about whether I was worth their time. Ironically, I was considering purchasing multiple massage chairs for myself and my in-laws but that business has now been lost. You never know who your customers are. Customer service matters.
Health Korea has become my go-to place for Korean wellness items! The quality is always amazing, pricing is reasonable. I love how they carry so many good product that are hard to find elsewhere. Customer service is friendly and manager (Sumi) is always helpful finding what I need. I’ll definitely keep shopping from them!
My husband has been searching for a reliable massage chair by trying out different types and brands, but none really satisfied him until we recently visited this store. After testing out the DIVA massage chair he said his shoulders and neck felt much more relieved, and I can vouch for that since I tried it out for myself. The customer service on the first floor was great as well! The staff were very welcoming and informative, making it easier for us to decide the best product for us. We now regularly use the chair we purchased and even had our kids try it out. 100% worth it!
