Honestly, I wasn't a massage enthusiast. However, after visiting the Irvine store and trying out the massage chairs twice, I ended up buying one for home (Bodyfriend FAMILIE Massage Recliner with Calf Massage, Brown). During both visits, manager Kang was incredibly friendly, professional, and explained the products thoroughly. Rather than pressuring us to buy M. Chairs, she understood our needs from the customer's perspective, and explained each M. Chairs, which I personally greatly appreciated. Delivery was very easy and went smoothly. They showed up on time and we had a chance to arrange delivery time & date. I highly recommend stopping by the store and trying out the various massage chairs.

As a tennis athlete, I always needed a massage chair. Not just any massage chair though. I needed one that was both comfortable and well-designed. After purchasing the Da Vinci massage chair from BodyFriend and trying it out, I immediately realized that I finally bought a product worth my money. Thanks to its futuristic design and various modes, everyone in my family wishes to use the massage chair as soon as they get home. With a product like this, I give it 5 stars.

I've wanted to buy a massage chair for years. I always hoped to try one out before purchasing, but I felt uncomfortable visiting stores because I didn’t want to burden the staff. Recently, I heard about a great promotion and finally decided to visit the store. Thankfully, the staff member, Ms. Gukhwa, was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease while trying out the chair. As a nurse, I often come home from work with tight muscles, and sometimes even leg cramps. But thanks to the massage chair, my muscles no longer feel tense and that heavy, tired feeling is gone—it's been such a relief. The delivery was also on time, and the explanation provided was very clear and courteous. I’m extremely satisfied with the whole experience!

Thanks to the K-Pop group BTS from South Korea (Yes, I am ARMY) for advertising the Bodyfriend massage chairs in the YouTube videos I found as I would have never known about this high quality brand of massage chairs. This is my second Bodyfriend massage chair. I have the Pharaoh S-2 Black Edition that I purchased in May 2023 and now I have the Bodyfriend Falcon Massage Chair with ROVO Walking technology I purchased in Sept. 2024. I have the Pharaoh in my den and the ROVO in my bonus room. I have a lot of degenerative disc problems and surgeries and these chairs have been a godsend for helping me relax my muscles and joints at the end of my day. When I had my second, third and fourth knee replacements, these chairs are so much more relaxing and propping that knee above my heart for circulation. The Bodyfriend massage chairs works so much better than a pillow and a recliner as they create so much more relaxing environment for the knees in healing. I just had neck discs replacement surgery and again, the chairs have helped my healing process go much faster. The chairs are made from high quality leather and a leather like material so the durable quality is excellent. These chairs have a 5 year warranty with white glove delivery inside of my house. The ROVO being a newer model than my Pharaoh S-2 has a lot more programmed massage features and the leg massages that rotate my legs and knees feels really great. I decided I have worked 40 years of my life and now that I am in retirement with some health issues, I deserve to relax my body in luxury because I cannot take no money with me when I leave this earth and I am not going to leave it for others to enjoy. I don’t drive as much being retired so sitting and enjoying tv or relaxing to take a nap is such an enjoyable time for me in my massage chairs. I will say my favorite massage chair is the ROVO chair. The technology in this newer model is indescribable. The only problem I have had is connecting the ROVO chair to bluetooth to completely setup the app to be able to control the chair with my iPhone. There is some Korean language in the Bluetooth section of the app that my phone is not converting to English for me to understand it. If you are going to get a massage chair, get what you have worked all your life for…I got a massage chair that rides like my Lexus and I am worth every penny. I love my chairs. My family comes over just to get a massage in chairs. I told them I am going to have to start charging a fee them. I purchased both my chairs from Irvine Bodyfriend in California. The service is great and the staff worked with me to get my chairs from California to South Carolina. And I got a little surprise gift of a BTS poster of my K-pop favorite group. Thanks Kook for the BTS posters because if not for BTS, I would have never heard of this brand and never invested in buying anything from this brand as they are one of the most top of line and quality brands so worth every penny for me.

Kook greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted out of a massage chair before guiding me through the lineup. Her product knowledge is next‑level (she could practically write the manuals), yet she explains everything in a way that’s easy to grasp. There was zero pressure—just genuine enthusiasm and a passion for helping people find the perfect fit. What really sealed the deal? Kook’s attention to detail. She custom‑programmed the chair’s settings based on my posture and stress points, then followed up a week later to make sure everything was working flawlessly. That kind of after‑care is rare and speaks volumes about Bodyfriend’s commitment to customer happiness. Bottom line: Bodyfriend Irvine offers world‑class products, but it’s Kook Kang’s exceptional service that turns a shopping trip into an unforgettable experience. I decided on PHAROAH QUANTUM instead of OSAKI 4D PRO DUO MAX. Five shining stars all the way!
