This was the best place I could have been after giving birth. We liked it so much with my first I returned with my 2nd baby. I had all the confidence in the baby nurses taking care of my baby. They would let me actually sleep at night. I never had to clean, do laundry or anything for 2 weeks. They took care of it all. 3 meals and snacks to your room. I felt like a vip! Worth every penny and I’ll always recommend this place to any new mom I meet! Thank you for taking care of our growing family Zette!
At Zette Postpartum, I received the best postpartum care as a first time mom! You get 3 nutritious meals each day along with desserts, 24 hour care for your newborn baby, and breast massages to help with milkflow when breastfeeding- I had absolutely no milk flow for the first few days after giving birth but the staff at Zette were able to help me start which was lifesaving. The staff here goes above and beyond by teaching you all the basics of taking care of your newborn. All you need to do is just focus on postpartum healing. Everyone is excellent here but Mrs. Song is wonderful- I want to take her home!!
I stayed for 2 weeks at Zette after giving birth to my firstborn girl and had a great experience. I can't imagine what I would've done without their postpartum care and support such as 3 delicious and nutritious meals everyday and breast massages while taking care of my baby 24/7 so I can solely focus on my recovery.
I stayed at Zette postpartum center for about 2 weeks. It’s a good environment and I was glad to meet other new moms there to share birth/postpartum experiences. The center houses both postpartum moms and women preparing for delivery. The nurse helps with baby care—changing diapers, bottle-feeding, and bringing the baby to me when it’s time to breastfeed. Babies can stay either in a shared nursing room or in my private room, and i can see baby any time. The staff also handles cleaning bottles and pumping equipment, and doing laundry. One of the services I like is the daily massage. I had a lump in my chest one day, and it was relieved after a massage session. Meals are provided and it’s delicious and nutritious. Overall, I believe this kind of care is very beneficial, especially for moms recovering from a C-section or for couples without nearby family support.
As a first time mom and having twins, I researched and compared several postpartum centers before my kids were born and I pick Zette. At first I was hesitant because I don’t speak Korean and now after leaving them couple months ago, I think this is the best decision I ever made during my pregnancy! The manager, Eunice and the nannies there are so friendly and I didn’t feel there is any language barrier staying there. They took care of my twin babies really well and Mrs. Park was so caring and fun to talk to. She paid attention to what type of milk my babies like or what she observed about them that I need to remember to help me take care of them when I get home. She also shared her experience of how to take care of babies and techniques. Mira is also super friendly and full with love when she takes care of the babies. I feel so comfortable having them watching my babies and also learned a lot from them! They also record every feeding, diaper changes and new things about the babies(when the cord fell off.) Meals were light and delicious. I only did one time of the breast massage and it worked so well. My husband had to work (business trip) during that time and the stay at Zette helped me rest. It’s also close to the markets for both Japanese and Korean markets. With their help, we could go out to have dinner and relax some days after birth. Everything is very structured and organized. The water there taste really good. I have been recommending to my friends who are giving birth. I miss them so much since I got home!
