The technician was exceptionally professional, completing the entire installation in just about an hour in my office. He kindly explained how the reverse osmosis system works and the maintenance it requires. Since then, I’ve been enjoying the clean, high-quality water every day. I highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a reliable and effective water solution.
First and foremost, their service is on time and right pretty much every time and that's what it matters. Price wise, I think it's pretty good when take their long term contract(3 years & 5 years). Overall, I'm very happy what I'm getting.
We have been with Aqua Life for 5 years now. Mr. Sam came yesterday to change out the entire system (which they do every 5 years for free). I thought the old tank would be difficult to remove, but he did it in a snap. He did a wonderful job and always has with the every 6 month filter change. Water is clean and refreshing and we've never had any problems. Would highly recommend.
I’ve been a customer for about 8 years now, and they have never failed me. Their water quality is on point, the water is so clean and fresh. Their customer service is always on point too. Every 6 months, they remind me of maintenance checks through email or text. I never had trouble with there customer service. I would recommend this company to any friend!
Customer of Aqua Life for over 15 years and can't say a negative thing about them. Been using Aqua Life since I was a kid living with my parents, it was only right I purchased my own machine for my apartment. I have always loved the customer service from them and I genuinely believe they appreciate each individual customer. Support your local businesses!
