Purchased a 5 gallon glass carboy on 6/4 and had it filled with alkaline water. Water tasted off. Dumped the water and the smell of chlorine was offensive. I called and they did offer to refill the jug for free. So A+ on customer service. F- on first impressions. I'll just refill elsewhere.
This is the best place to buy drinking water or alkaline water in town. The place is always clean and the customer service team is stellar. There's a large selection of water supplies for the kitchen. They should expand their services all over the city. The young man could be in charge of the locations, the manager could supervise and the friendly man with his son could take care of another location. They have the experience, customer service skills and energy to make this business a bigger enterprise.
I love this place and young guy is so nice. But now that we are in a pandemic I don't think it is safe that they take money and touch the register with gloves but don't throw away the gloves or wash them. If someone is in front of you and the worker takes cash he'll go back to you and touch your bottles with the bacteria of the cash and register. It's not hygienic anymore 😣.
Best alkaline water in town, friendly service with a smile! Water quality and taste is awesome. Dont forget to wear your mask! Lots of elderly people myself included. When you need great tasting water go for Water LA!
Love this place! Came in for the very first time and the guy there was super friendly and nice! He cleaned my bottle and put a bag to protect everything. I just love it and will come here forever! 🙌🏼
