I rented the Coway AP-1523 and have been using it for a few weeks. The installer arrived on time, completed setup in about 30 minutes, and walked me through filter replacement (every 6 months) and simple maintenance steps. After about two weeks I noticed a clear improvement — cooking smells dissipate much faster and there seems to be less dust buildup around the house. The unit runs quietly (I can leave it on overnight), and the rental agreement is straightforward: filter replacement every six months, warranty included, and clear information about ongoing costs. Overall a great experience — reliable performance and transparent terms. Highly recommended.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Coway Los Angeles beanch customer service is consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time I call, I’m met with a bad attitude and zero willingness to help. They leave me more frustrated after each conversation than before I called. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. If I could go back, I would never have signed up with them. I strongly recommend going with another water filter company, one that actually values its customers.

We experienced a serious water leak from our Coway water purifier, which caused significant damage to our condo. The flooring and cabinets were soaked and swollen, and the mold began to develop as a result. The main issue wasn’t just the leak itself — it was Coway’s extremely poor response afterward. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company’s communication was slow, inconsistent, and full of empty promises without any real action. Coway later proposed to cover only about 50% of the repair cost, which is completely unreasonable given that the damage was clearly caused by their product. Because of these ongoing delays, the repair schedule kept getting pushed back, the mold spread further, and our financial and time losses continued to increase. Coway’s lack of accountability and urgency throughout this process has been deeply disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering Coway products to think carefully about their customer service and aftercare support before making a purchase. A water leak from a Coway water purifier caused significant damage to our condo. The floor and cabinets were soaked with water, swelling, and even causing mold to form. The problem wasn't the leak itself, but rather the subsequent response. We contacted Coway multiple times, but their response was slow and inconsistent. They only repeated, "We'll take action," without actually resolving the issue. Coway offered to compensate only half of the actual damage. However, it's difficult to accept that consumers should only bear half the cost of damage caused by a defective product. This issue has caused continued delays in the construction schedule, and in the meantime, the mold damage caused by the leak has worsened. We are currently in need of additional inspections and repairs, and Coway's slow response has caused significant time and financial losses. We are extremely disappointed with the company's attitude of neglecting its customers' suffering to this extent. For those considering Coway products in the future, I strongly recommend checking the quality of after-sales service and response.
