BE AWARE SELLERS. THIS PLACE WILL EXPLOIT AND SCAM YOU if you don't know what you are doing, these guys will not inform you the accurate price on the car. DO NOT directly go to this place to sell your car. BE SURE to get quoted from CarMax first (yourself, don't let them do it), otherwise they will exploit you by offering you an amount far below the market price and unfortunately my relative, without knowing what they were doing, sold the car far below the market price (at least 2.5 - 3.0k off). BE AWARE! DON'T BE FOOLED AND DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. THESE PEOPLE ARE THERE TO MAKE MONEY, NOT TO GENUINELY HELP YOU OUT.

Purchased Nissan NV200 through Kevin who was super helpful. Purchased the car at a great price and picked it up the next day. He was nice enough to change the battery, oil, rims, etc... and patiently guided me through the process of obtaining the necessary documents. Highly recommend this dealership.

The salesman seemed nice and helpful until my check engine light came on and turned off. When I received info about the engine from an auto shop 15 codes popped up on the diagnostic. Reaching back out to the salesman, he stated that even though I am under the “limited power train warrant” there was nothing they were going to do about my car. No mechanic of theirs seen my car and even though I am under warranty they did not honor their word.

I found my car online on Saturday and called on Monday to make an appointment to check out the car on Tuesday afternoon. I arrived and Kevin was ready to help me out with the car i was interested in, i drove it around, he answered all the questioned i had and he was very helpful and patient as a first time car buyer ~ I was very happy with my experience , Kevin was nice enough to even help compare prices with car insurances. My car is 2014 and i've only had old hand me down cars so it was also very nice of him to show me how to use Bluetooth and to connect my phone :) Thank you Aju Motors/ Kevin!! [COVID-19] i also felt safe during this pandemic everyone was wearing their masks and keeping their distance.

I had a highly satisfactory experience at Aju Motors. Jeff Lee was patient and thorough, making every step of the process smooth and easy. Jeff was away when I returned to ask a question, so Paul stepped up to answer it. Both offered excellent customer service.
