Brought my Honda civic in due to AC problems, was initially told that it would take 6-7 hours potentially for the diagnostics and repair but was pleasantly surprised to be called 4 hours after drop off with my AC fixed and finally blowing cold air! This was also covered under warranty. Definitely appreciated the honesty and hard work of Arin to get the work done in a timely manner! One suggestion would be for Honda to bring back shuttle services to this location which would make service and waiting much more pleasant!

I’m writing this review after my first experience purchasing from a Honda dealer. Big thank you to Haik, Felix, and Sammy for making the purchase experience so seamless but also fair. They’ve got a great vibe going on and are as transparent as they are friendly! Would and will recommend these folks for their level of professionalism.

Horrible... I bought a new car in October 2025, had a flat tire on Saturday, I purchased an extended tire warranty, and I called Honda Of Hollywood service department at 11AM. The girl that answered the phone said I had to wait for Tuesday to come to the service department to get the Tire fixed because the person that fixes the tire will be in then. I had an appointment for Tuesday 10 AM, I showed up, spoke with Ivar, and he told me that he had a file a claim on the flat tire. Ivars personality was standoffish and cold. I asked him to check my windshield wiper fluid because it wasn't working. He said he would. I picked up my car at 2 PM, Ivar was very cold to me. I asked him if he filled the windshield wiper fluid and he said yes. I went to use my windshield wiper fluid today to clear my windshield, and it was not working. I went to the service department and the service person there said that the reservoir was empty. I don't know why Ivar has to lie. It makes me not trust anybody in the Honda Of Hollywood service department. Something something so simple can make a huge difference. I won't go back to the Honda Of Hollywood service department. I don't recommend Honda Of Hollywood service. I will go to the Culver City Honda. I called and left a voicemail for the service manager today, hoping that he would call me back to address this. I doubt he will.
