After trying Lakewood ca Walmart all day with no answer I decide to give Cerritos ca a call. Valerie picked up and help me with all my hours question. The money services here closed at 8pm so I made it right before they closed and Richard was so kind to help me with my transaction. Thank you VALERIE for being a great operator and picking up the phone. This will be my new Walmart! Plus their parking lot is a lot brighter and there’s lots of parking.
Question About Korean American Representation at Walmart: I’ve been a loyal Walmart customer for a couple of decade, and I’ve always appreciated the service your employees provide. Recently, I met an associate who seemed to be Korean American, and she was doing an outstanding job. I mentioned to her that this was the first time I’ve seen a Korean American employee working at Walmart in all these years, and she said it was actually her first time working there. That made me wonder — why is it so rare to see Korean American employees at Walmart in the United States of America? I’m asking out of genuine curiosity and appreciation for the diversity in your workforce. I would really appreciate it if you could share some insight on this. Thank you for your time and for the great service over the years. The Korean American Experience and Hope for the Future: I have lived with a sense of pride, having witnessed Korean Americans gain recognition and achieve success in the New York Tri-State area. It is disappointing to find fewer opportunities to interact with the mainstream society here, and especially rare to meet other Korean Americans. I was genuinely surprised by the level of competence I recently observed in the work of a government official, which was nearly on par with the standard of service in the New York area. While it may be the case that only a few officials excel, their professionalism and dedication were impressive. This experience left me wondering: Why are there so few Korean American government officials? I strongly believe that the excellent capabilities and bicultural understanding possessed by Korean Americans can make enormous contributions to the United States of America government and society. I sincerely hope that Korean Americans are given more opportunities within the U.S. government and that they are able to make even greater contributions to this country.
Super convenient places location as I was staying nearby and needed to get meds for a flight. The store is very well organized and maintained. The music and ambience was upbeat. I really enjoyed the vibe. I was able to get what I needed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
Loved it. I was in and out quicker than I expected. Staff were friendly and surprisingly alot more helpful and knowledgeable with items I doubted they had. Over all it was a better experience now than it was just a couple of years ago. Two Thumbs up! Definitely going to be a repeat customer more often. Thank you to Wal-Marts improved customer service and support.
The five stars are for Regina in electronics, she was a joy. She was very pleasant and helpful also helped me with my decision to make my purchase.
