I was a long-term client of Justin Oh CPA from 2017 to 2025, receiving various accounting services during that time. However, I experienced highly unethical conduct, including serious delays in handling IRS matters (especially Form 3520), repeated false claims, refusal of phone communication, and an unfounded demand for an unpaid balance. There was a significant discrepancy between the documents submitted to the IRS and the actual filing records, which led to a financial loss exceeding $72,000. Despite these issues, the CPA refused to acknowledge any responsibility or offer an apology. After terminating services, he even issued legal threats to demand a balance that was never properly documented. This review is written solely for the public interest-to help prevent similar harm to other taxpayers-and is based on my actual experience and docur ted evidence.
