Eric is awesome. Very friendly and on top of his game. His attention to detail was great. He listens and allows you to speak. We insured 2 Harleys, 4 off-road vehicles, and a trailer today. He was so good we will be sending another Harley to be insured this week. He definitely gets 5 stars for his service.

Have had my insurance policies with Gregory Kim for quite some time (renters, then home, auto and life) because I definitely wanted a large national company that I could rely on with a local agent in town. Recently was involved in a rather big accident (Nov 2025) that resulted in a total loss of my 2022 vehicle. Claims process was excellent, claims adjuster was understanding and reasonable, and my insurance agent, Gregory, and staff, particularly Thomas, at the office were helpful throughout my entire ordeal. I was not injured, thankfully, and I was given an extremely fair settlement for the replacement cost of my vehicle, and I was made whole, which is what insurance is supposed to do. Highly recommend.
