I recently moved to California from South Dakota & I was in the search of a tax agent I could trust. I booked an appointment with Michaelina and she was incredible. She took her time to ensure proper filing and she also looked out for my best interest. I will definitely be coming back to her during the next tax season.
Michaelina has been my tax professional for 7+ years now. I mail her my information from Ohio (I used to be with Mr Gyd). She is very thorough, she remembers me and my tax situation from year to year. So far gets me back a nice return but reminds me this may not be forever because of my rental property.
We have been going to Glenn Edejer for the past few years and have found him to be very friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to preparing our taxes. We have a great relationship with him and, most importantly, trust him for all our tax preparation needs. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our taxes are done accurately.
I have been a client of Michaelina Lee for 6 years (maybe more!) and she makes the process so easy. Personable and professional. Very knowledgeable and FAST!
I can't explain how terrible of an experience this was. I came to H&R Block because I moved halfway through the year and didn't want to make any errors self-submitting. It took them over a week to figure out how to submit, at first telling me I owed a state over $45k and that my company had made errors on my W2. Turns out, my company had it correct and H&R Block just didn't know how to file a partial year resident form. Following that, they also failed to submit my taxes properly, so nothing was actually pulled from account. I have been emailing them for weeks trying to get this resolved and they always tell me they'll get back to me and never do. Lastly, I called the corporate office since the local office wasn't being of help and it turns out the corporate office can't do anything. Everything has to go through the local office. Truly, this is a scam of a company, with horribly incompetent employees. Avoid at all costs.
