I’ve used this H&R Block for two years now, and I cannot express how professional, caring, and helpful they are. I have a growing freelance career, and their services finally let me feel like I’m in helpful hands. Doing my taxes was always a huge source of stress, but now it feels essentially effortless. I’d especially like to shout out Dijana! She takes the time to fully explain every step of the process, making sure I understand everything by answering all of my pedestrian questions. It’s a wonderful relief to feel incredibly well taken care of.
Glenn is very professional. He explained things very clearly and had great customer service. I feel confident that moving all my family's taxes over to his service under H&R block was the right decision.
Gina was extremely helpful and gave me confidence that I will get the most out of my taxes this year. She was caring and was always willing to help. Everything went smoothly and she was very efficient.
I was forced to wait outside the door for 15 mins with no one answering the door . The lady looked up saw I was black and turned back to her desk and brush me off with her hands . Then after waiting she asked what I needed . I informed her I had an appointment time and she let me in. Then proceeded to ask why I came . I was in the mist of telling her when she rudely walked to the phone and answered it while I was talking . She then came to the desk and sat down with an attitude . Usually I have a great experience online or in person I've been with h &r block for a few years now, and was surprised at the lack of care shown to me when calling into the location on Wilshire. I spoke to one of the representatives about the impact payments, and they said I have to talk to the irs... After explaining my situation she asked me if I had the number to the irs, i said no and the rep hung up on me.. I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone coming to these guys for help over the phone. Sounded like she didnt want to talk at all..
