I always got super great help the paint is amazing my store looks great thank you for all the help I went to three four other paint shops trying to find the fuchsia I needed and I found it here.
I've been here 5 times in a month, not once has anyone greeted me or asked if I need help. I walked up to the paint counter and both guys know I'm there and still don't even look up at me. It takes forever for them to make paint. Store is organized but things are not in the right sections. You have to ask for Strainer bags at counter. There are no prices on shelves at all ever. There are a lot of employees but they don't care. The only reason why I come back is because they are close to my job site.
This place is just okay. I'm a professional painter. This place is so close to my house and what a disappointment. I'm still driving miles away to Mann paint or Shilpark Paint to get what I need. They don't have the professional-grade prep tools I need for my job. This is fine for your DIY projects. However, they just fall short for me. It's too bad though. They are a stone's throw away. They didn't even know what a bondo prep steel blade was. And no they don't have it. They only have the laughable plastic ones you can get at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Shilpark in Culver City has a way better selection and WAY better service. They know the tools of the trade (off the top of their head) and have better prices and a better inventory. Don't waist your time here unless you just need paint and Spackle.
Nice house paint store, they sell everything you would need for painting brushes and rollers, tape, plastic etc. Workers are very knowledgeable. Parking on site is clean and easy access.
Customer service is not good, and service is very very slow. Sat in the parking lot for over an hour and a half while they mixed two 5 gallon paints.
