I have to replace a big glass pane as well as a sliding glass balcony door in my apartment complex. They did a professional job replacing my broken glass pane and the sliding door got a new life by removing the broken glass and slipping in a brand new piece using the same frame, saving me money from not having to buy a new set. Was satisfied with their good prices and quick professional service.
On December 4, I called them to replace and renew my screen windows and doors and spoke with Ivan. He told me it wasn't a problem and in 4 days he would have it replaced and ready. I called a week later and he said he's sorry he cannot do it but he will send me a quote. On December 11, I got the quote from him and I gave him the OK to go ahead and complete the work. After many calls to Ivan he always apologized and finally on January 5th they brought me some but not all my windows/screens back and it was still missing 3 pieces. He promised me in two days he would bring the rest. On January 14th I still hadn't received anything, I went to the location and the owner of the business was there and he said my screen door are not there and cant do anything. He started to yell and scream at me and using very bad words. I left the location and never saw my replacement screens. Never do business with this company, very rude owner that has no sense of business and when they promise 4 day replacements it takes forever.
It's a very good business place.
