This is the worst Home Depot I’ve even been too, I bought an electrical wire by the ft. Once I got out I asked my daughter to check the previous receipt and realized I purchased the wrong size I went inn to change it no more than 10 minutes, the cashier was rude , she mentioned I couldn’t return it and that they had a sign which I went back and there was no sign t saying no returns, on purchase by ft. , she asked if I would like to speak to the manager it would be more than 40 minutes wait. Once I purchased what I need it I return and asked to speak with the manager the young man that was helping me was nice , and tried calling the manager 3 times no response. While the other employees where just gossiping, and they where looking at me. It’s just bad, you don’t do that.
Love this Home Depot! Always well-stocked, from flowers to tools to appliances. Clean aisles, helpful staff, and surprisingly good seasonal deals. You can wander here for hours — whether you’re serious about DIY or just came in “for one thing” and left with a cart full. Bonus points for the snack section by the checkout!
There was a young lady at customer service the most sweetest person great customer service great attitude. I went in there and I asked to see if they had the goofy 4 foot Christmas animatronic she went above and beyond to make sure that I left that store happy With my 4 foot goofy animatronic everybody was amazing. Great service. I left the store so happy after running around from Store to Store not getting great customer service this woman I feel so bad that I did not get her name, but I really appreciate the way she treated me she made sure I left the store happy and I did. Thank you for the great customer service. Thank you you to that beautiful woman that helped me at the Cerritos home Depot. I really appreciate that Everyone at this store went above and beyond to make sure I left that store happy with my purchase.
Home Depot continues to be my go-to place for anything home improvement. The store is always well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I need. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help—whether it’s tracking down an item, offering advice, or guiding me through a project. Their selection of tools, materials, and home essentials is unbeatable, and the checkout process is quick and smooth. Every visit feels efficient and stress-free, which is something I really appreciate
I've been looking to speak to an associate at doors and windows for THREE days and I was fortunate to do so today, very helpful and great guy his name? Frank A short female in returns LIED to me saying that I must have an appointment to talk to the associate at doors and windows and when I asked her several questions about it she changed to, "Well setting an appointment it's an option." Exactly! Because Frank will not honor the appointment if he is helping someone else. Thank you for your suggestions and great advice, Frank. I give you 5 stars after talking to you. To the short female associate in Returns I give her zero stars. 12/12/25 around 9:15pm
