Very sweet customer service. Helpful at explaining the types of woods, prices are affordable. We appreciate that. Parking is little to none but we make it work. We dont have to complain of everything.. thank you my house will look good at a good budget price..
Please do yourself a favor and go to their downtown locations. They don't have as many as choices and inventory as they do in their Downtown location. The customer service lady is not friendly. I asked her if there are more choices at their downtown location and she replied: Same, Same .... She lied to me. I bought the hardwood floor I needed from her. However, I needed Ts later on which I had to go to downtown location, because they didn't have it at this location. Then, I realized they have many more choices and color selection compare to the 3 or 4 choices she gave me at this location. Also, the customer representative are nicer at downtown location. Next time I will go to the downtown location from the beginning ...
I have done laminate wood floor twice from this company. Looking very fancy. Some people think its hardwood floor.
Good prices and quick to purchase. All the flooring is right on site.
They are good retailers, I'm installing their water proofed good every where. They got good prices 🙂
