Great quality floors at a very good price. I have had my floors since 2018 and just now in May 2021 remodel my bathrooms with water resistant flooring and came back to CY Flooring for them. Ray and staff are very nice and helpful. They were having networking problems with there phones and Ray was nice to give me his cell phone number so I can get my order in fast and to contact him directly until the phones are back and running. I recommend them!!!
Worse company I have ever dealt with, I wouldn't give them one star if I had the option! The scammed me, I ordered flooring and when it came it was NOTHING like what I picked, even texture was different! I had my contractor take back and they refused refund, said it was what I ordered NOT, I am in dispute right now. The first thing they said to me was get a lawyer, sounds like they have been there befroe! They have TERRIBLE customer service, rude, disrespectful and could care less about you once you leave their shop and they have their money! Save yourself and go somewhere reputable like Floor Decor. I am warning everyone I can about how I was treated and how terrible they were!
