If i would be able to give 0 stars i would. I purchased my blinds a little over a year they said that everything was cover on lifetime warranty when we purchased. However now a year mark the fabric on the blinds are getting damage and they are coming back saying that i have to pay to replace them for their bad quality fabric. Poor costumer service and acting like we damaged the blinds when you clearly can see how the fabric is doing that. Please save your money and buy somewhere else.

Yun met us for a free consultation and we went to their showroom to choose our roller shades. Javier did great work installing the shades. INCREDIBLE pricing and very easy process and communication.
