Stopped by to see if they could fix or upgrade my phone due to the phone constantly cutting off for no reason… there was a 25 minute wait to be seen after I spent 10 minutes parking… Then the gentleman who assisted me told me that I would need to pay $300+ for the phone to be upgraded. I asked if he could trouble shoot it or repair and he declined to take a look at it. The guy was polite so that wasn’t an issue, but when I got home, I found out that my phone could have been upgraded by sending in my old phone instead of paying it off. He never mentioned that. Also, I spoke with tech support and they ordered a new phone for me for free with next day delivery. The guy I spoke to on the phone completely saved the day. The guy in the store wasted my time and was unhelpful. I’ll just go The Grove location in the future. Won’t be returning to this location again. Best regards

During my recent visit, I was assisted by a staff member named Aiden, and he was incredibly kind and professional. On a previous visit, I had a very unpleasant experience with another employee and wanted to leave a review, but I wasn’t able to because I didn’t catch their name. This time, Aiden was so friendly that I made a point to ask for his name. If you visit this store, I genuinely recommend asking for Aiden. One uncomfortable part of the experience was how other employees reacted when Aiden asked questions. They seemed visibly irritated, to the point where it made me feel awkward as a customer. I even jokingly said to Aiden, “Sorry if you got in trouble because of me.” I’m giving this store 4 stars thanks to Aiden’s excellent service.

Bad Service, I got there 6:15 pm they said the store is closed, but was open , advertised they close 7:00, and I had very bad experience

My friend opened four Verizon business lines, but due to a delay in her business, she didn’t use the phones for over a month. When she finally tried to activate them for her business, Verizon had disconnected the lines, labeling them as fraud because of the inactivity. Despite this, they refused to refund the over $300 activation fee. My friend was sent in circles—branch to branch, call to call—and it was incredibly frustrating. She does not recommend Verizon at all; in fact, she urges others to stay away—especially since the signal was poor too."
