Visited on 04/29/2025 at 12:40 PM and had the most disappointing experience I’ve ever encountered at a Verizon retail store. I stopped by to get the screen protector replaced on a new phone I had just purchased from this exact location—a quick service that typically takes no more than 10 minutes. When I arrived, the door was locked despite it being well before the posted 1–2 PM lunch break. A sign was taped on the door warning customers not to knock or attempt to enter. Inside, I could see three staff members casually chatting. I knocked politely once and was ignored. After knocking again, one of them simply held up two fingers—no words, no explanation—implying I should return at 2 PM. Eventually, one came to the door and told me "last call" is at 12:30 PM. That policy is nowhere to be found on the signage or on the door. Not only was I turned away without being asked what service I needed (which would’ve taken less than 10 minutes), but the interaction was also handled in an extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful manner. The staff showed no willingness to assist, no courtesy, and no effort to engage in actual customer service. This type of behavior is unacceptable—especially from a team representing a major brand like Verizon. If you’re going to enforce an unlisted cutoff time, the very least you can do is communicate it clearly and treat customers with basic respect. The employees today acted as if they were simply passing time to collect a paycheck, not to serve customers. I really hope Verizon sees this review and handle the situation that I faced with today, so no other customer would feel the same way I have today.

I visited this store and was left with a very positive impression. Not only was the phone sales experience excellent, but the after-sales service was also outstanding. Even though there were many customers, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

This Verizon Authorized Retailer provides an exceptionally smooth and positive experience. The employees are all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is top tier, going out of their way to help those with issues that most official Verizon stores would've charged for. They even installed a complimentary phone case and screen protector, which saved my phone from a major accident I had on a roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. If it wasn't for them, I would've had to shell out $$$ to replace a brand new screen. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service!

Came in 06DEC25 at 1754, was looking to upgrade my phone since mine was glitching. Representative told me they have no phones in stock, not a single one. Even after witnessing another rep bringing out phones in and out helping other customers. UNSAT!

I visited today for bring my phone to repair or consult. At 12:45pm. They put lunch hour sign 1:00. Pm to 2:00 pm. Just look through the person at front door but ignored. At least how can I help you to ask . I waited for an hour to meet Technician but right away he says " I am not able to help you just taking to Service Center. If you would of kind help on earlier time then I didn't have to waisted my valuable time. Verizon head quarter needs to know how bad or unprofessional service you provide.
