highly recommend. Mr Hyog fixed my macbook pro in less than half a day- (on a sunday) after we had a water spill on it and didn't turn on. He replaced the chips and restored it back in no time. Thank you, i am super grateful. very professional.

I shattered my iPhone 6 screen once-- and before that, my old iPhone 4 screen once-- and Mr. Kwon fixed my phones both times. Each time he fixed my phone, he was so quick! I had my phone back in perfect condition within under half an hour. Also, the service both times was so awesome. Firstly, the prices are affordable, especially considering how costly the services are at brand phone stores. Secondly, I love how Mr. Kwon communicated with me what caused the problem when I went in with my iPhone 6. He explained to me that the wallet case I was using had ended up applying way too much pressure onto the top of my phone, resulting in messing with the LED, which made the drop much more damaging than it should have been. I love that he communicated the problem. It made me walk out feeling educated in how to take care of my phone and hopefully not need to go in again. He even helped me with suggestions of inexpensive yet sturdy iPhone 6 cases I should buy. His care felt so genuine. All in all, considering price and authentic service, Mr. Kwon is definitely my go-to phone repair technician; I've referred few family members to him, and they all loved their experiences with him. I so recommend iPhone Fix USA!!!

Amazing service! I spilled water on my MacBook Air yesterday and they were able to fix everything and save all of my files within just a day. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do (though I don't understand computer language, I was able to get a grasp) and it was very helpful. They take great care of their customers and ensure amazing customer service. I will definitely come back here again if I'm clumsy and do something to my laptop!

My iPhone had broken while on vacation and I was devastated because I did not back up my iCloud the day my phone broke. I thought I lost all my photos from my trip. Thank goodness, Mr. Hyog Kwon was able to turn my phone on and get the photos I needed. His workshop is so professional and he has all the tools and gadgets to fix any phone. He has diagnostic tools to figure out what is wrong with your device- his price is reasonable and when it comes to your photos and memories- that is priceless. He took the time to figure out my phone and give me options. His daughter was so helpful as well in assisting me. Look no further for any phone or device problems- he can fix your computer and laptop too! Thank you again!
