Exceptional customer service from Ivan—he absolutely crushed it! Ivan was incredibly knowledgeable, handled my switch from Verizon prepaid to a 3-year postpaid contract super efficiently, and hooked me up with a free Galaxy S25 Plus (what a win—love it already! 🚀) AND FREE second line to my old phone. He also walked me through every available promotion so I got the absolute best deal. Hands down the best experience I've had—thank you, Ivan! Highly recommend!
Extremely bad and dishonest service. I went to this Verizon store for help activating an eSIM. The employee told me to wait for an hour, then said the store was closing and asked me to come back the next day. I drove almost an hour to return, dealt with expensive and difficult parking, waited again next day,After multiple trips and hours wasted, he finally told me they “couldn’t do it.” During the whole process, he kept trying to convince me to buy a new phone from the store. When I got home, I logged into my Verizon account and activated the eSIM myself in less than one minute. So this store wasted hours of my time, made me drive back and forth, and tried to push me to buy a new phone for something that was incredibly simple. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this store at all.
If I could, I would give this place NO STARS! The lack of accountability, the disrespect of service, and the blatant time wasting that occurs at this location could be a symptom of the pedagogy of Verizon Wireless as a whole or just a poorly trained staff. All the employee had to do was grab the phone from the back that i had preordered online and then take my payment. I stood in the store waiting for 40 mins, no phone. And every time he came to speak to me he kept trying to upgrade, upsell, and add things to my service. I explained to him I was short on time, I had already completed everything on line, and all I needed to do was pick up the phone and to pay the taxes on it. He spent the majority of the 40 minutes I waited in the "back" getting the phone, "talking to his manager", and generally wasting my time. Nothing was accomplished. I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for over a decade, this kind of treatment of service will not be tolerated and I am considering cancelling my contracts. Do not go to this location. Leave Verizon if possible. This was pathetic at best and shameful all the way around. And then.....to make matters worse, because i left the store because they were wasting my time. After i posted this review, 30 minutes later i get billed for the phone i never picked up. This is some bush league ish. I will be filing a claim and a report against this location and against Verizon. Don't think you can act like petulant children and there will not be consequences for those actions.
This Verizon store is inside Central Plaza, so parking is not validated unless you go to buy food or coffee. When you go to the Verizon store, it is always busy, so you usually have to stay for more than 30 minutes. So we tried to save as much time as possible by just picking up the phone and leaving the plaza, so we already ordered all the phones with Verizon Customer Service. However, this store was supposed to open at 10:00, but the store was not even open. It opened at 10:12. So when I asked why they were opening late, they made an excuse that there was some emergency and that they had to open the store. Honestly, it is not understandable from the customer's perspective. I don't know what the emergency was. There was no proper explanation. And the employee named Kevin is very rude. If you look at the customer and customer is looks older than you, you should know how to speak to him, right? His attitude towards the customer is really rude. my whole day was ruin by this guy all day when I left this store. I never want to go to this store or this Central Plaza again. and Verizon needs to properly train their employees. These guys are the reason, customers will leave the Verizon. In particular, they need to teach their employees the tone of voice and the words of they should use.
Very very rude employees, especially an employee name George. Straight up yelling at me and asking why I didn’t check in with an employee when there wasn’t one and I had no choice but to use a Kiosk. Regret switching to verizon. I get you’re busy, but please don’t yell at your customers. It makes your brand look terrible. I almost wanted to call the main Verizon and submit a proper complaint.
