Very slow customer services. Some people make busy hem but they don’t attention the other. You can only wait a long tine to they care to you.
Worst customer service ever! My wife and I were completely ignored by both the manager and the employee. They were rude and acted like they wanted us to leave. We came to switch our 5 family lines to T-Mobile, and they didn’t even try to help. Terrible attitude and totally unprofessional. They just lost five new customers today. Never coming back!
Came in on a weekday night at 7 pm and the staff was not helpful at all. Did not know the policy to trading in old iPhone and looked uninterested like they just wanted to get off work lol, especially the girl. They all need to get some customer service training. Will not be coming back.
