This is the best Verizon store in K-Town! The people who are complaining simply do not understand that good things come to those who are patient. I mean the level of knowledge and quality of service here is second to none. If you have a problem with waiting, then that is your problem for not planning ahead because there are so many things you can do around the area.
I was confused on the billing plan, but they were able to explain everything easily in order for me to understand. I really appreciate David for taking the time to help us with changing a phone. I highly recommend this place.
This location has helped me out for many years and are very reliable. Most of the people visiting this store are korean and elderly so service can be slow for those individuals. The provided service is done well but the wait can be gruesome if you are waiting in line. I got a new phone by Christinah and she helped me find promotions and quickly serviced me. It gets very busy throughout the day so it would be better to call and make an appointment.
Very good service ! The wait is long for a reason, they take their time explaining all the small details you don't hear or see about certain things. Really appreciate their service ! would recommend highly !!
