Service salespeople lie to your face just to convince you and get your money. DELIA is the Saleswoman who promised me good monthly prices for both services, Fiber Home internet and Wireless cell phone. She also mentioned that I could combine both services into a single bill. After days of checking my statements, I realized that the prices are much higher than what she promised, and also I can't combine both services into one bill as she said, I tried calling *611 and they tell me they cannot do that possible. So, I called her to clarify this, but she refuses to answer. She rejects my calls every time I try to reach her, and when I send her text messages, she takes days to reply and just tells me she can't do anything to help me. How unprofessional of her not to face me and at least try to help with the problems she caused. I don't know if they lie just to sell services and earn a commission or if they do it out of ignorance, but regardless, they should at least have the courtesy and professionalism to provide good service. I have two internet services with AT&T, and the services work fine, but it's unpleasant that they lie to the customer to the face and then refuse to help. I've decided to cancel both services and look for another internet providers.
The customer service was amazing! This location is popular so there was a large flow of people. It the manager and his team were attentive and coordinated! They made sure everyone was well taken care of and I heard several customers complimenting them and expressing their thanks for the service they received! Even the security guard was helpful! I purchased a new phone, phone case and accessories! They made sure information was transferred over properly and all my questions and needs were addressed with the new device which I really appreciate they even gave me link to information if u needed it in the future. Very attentive 10/10 service
Rude staff who didn't give a single care about a customer being lied to, and were in fact incredibly smarmy about a customer being distraught. I went in for help with a data transfer from a phone with a cracked screen after being told by a different store associate AND AT&T's OWN HELP LINE that they could help me with this. They said they wouldn't, and that insurance wouldn't cover it and tried to get me to go to a different third party store and pay out of pocket. Absolutely no help, and again the manager SMILED when i said and she agreed I'd been lied to by AT&T's customer service reps. They don't want anything but their customer's money. Mind this was after 4+ hours trying to find different solutions, being sent to two different stores and talking to multiple people online and they didn't have an ounce of sympathy for the trouble. No interest in finding any solutions, or making anything right. Just 'sorry we cant help have a great day with your lost data'
I was previously satisfied with this service, but AT&T is now complicit in fraud. I previously purchased a Zagg brand screen protector for my phone from them, which came with a lifetime warranty. When I went to the store to get a replacement under the warranty, they told me I had to order it online and have it shipped to my home. That's acceptable, but they charged an exorbitant shipping fee. The package, which was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days, took over two weeks. Furthermore, the screen protectors sold in the store came with tools for easy installation. The one I received via mail only included a cleaning cloth and the screen protector itself. You have to align it yourself, and you only get one chance. If you fail, you have to pay the excessively high shipping fee again and wait much longer than the promised delivery time. I don't care what legal loopholes you're exploiting; this is fraud. Because AT&T is involved in this, I will be transferring my phone lines to another provider.
I've been using AT&T for about two years. For two years, I couldn't resolve many of my issues. AT&T employees at other branches never resolved my problems. They constantly gave me different excuses, but today I traded in my phone here and resolved issues that no one had helped me with for two years. I forgot her name, but she was a woman with black curly hair. She was very polite and patient. She really resolved all the issues that had been piling up for two years.
