I visited to repair my ipad because the screen was mildly bent. The location was quite easy to find, and the boss was so kind! Not to mention, the fix was very quick. If you want a quick repair for the same day, I’d 10/10 recommend. I’m definitely coming here any time I have any other issues with my devices.
Amazing service at Fixstory! My phone’s power button suddenly fell, and they fixed it incredibly fast. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process really easy.They were very professional. My phone works perfectly now! I’m really impressed with how quick and kind they were. I had an excellent experience with this shop. Jay and Chon were honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and gave me realistic expectations instead of empty promises — which I really appreciated. The repair was done quickly, the pricing was fair, and the communication was solid the whole way through. You can tell they actually care about doing good work and treating customers right, not just pushing parts. Their honestly will go a long way and I truly believe that this is the place to be to have any repairs needed for phone/computer repairs. They are very friendly and communicative and will diagnose the problem immediately and with the best prices I've encountered checking out multiple places. 100% recommend this place and there's a reason why they have a 5 star review. He fixed my camera, and it’s working so fast! Great service! The store is conveniently located on the street, and you can park right in front.
