Ive been going here for the last 13 years. The owner may seem stern but he’s knows what he is doing and takes care of his clients. 👍👍
I visited this place today with my parents to change our phone plans. It only took an hour to switch and set up plans for a total of six phones, including other family members' phones and work phones. The Korean staff, I think he is the owner, was very kind and efficient. I've been visiting here for 13 years, and I've never been disappointed.
They sent me a new sim due to their system upgrade. I activated a new sim and somehow they assigned me a new number. Tried to contact customer services several time to restore my old number but no response through chat and phone. Was put on hold for over an hour, no one was available to help. No help available with chat line either. Stay away from this company.
My daughter has lost her phone and I placed an order two weeks ago for a replacement SIM card. I have not received the SIM card after two weeks. I have called and chatted few times but they have no idea why the sim has not been shipped. It is very frustrating and disappointing. I am paying for a service that I cannot use and they have no answer for me
I got my iphone upgraded to 14 here. Very informative and efficient service!
