Today i decided to go on a spontaneous trip to the hair salon, so glad my requested hair stylist Sally was available and spent time in listening to what i wanted to happen and treated my hair with proper care- she took her time and my overall experience did not feel rushed at all. I walked in for a haircut but left with color and cut and a happy experience. Sally recommended a Natural Balayage blonde look, more seamless, baby balayage to my hair that has not been color treated- the fact that it was partially bleached my hair was surprisingly soft, full of life and i felt like a new person!Best priced, fun and good communication with Sally. Definitely found my long term stylist, cant wait to be back. ❤️

I went to have my hair done with Sally and it was amazing! I first went in having a few questions in mind trying to decide on the best color for my hair. Sally was so kind and patient while looking at the photos of the colors I had chose while explaining to me each process in detail and providing a realistic outlook based on the colors being discussed. Sally helped me choose the best route in bringing out the color taking into account the condition my hair was currently in. The whole process went by so quickly and smoothly as Sally made sure to check in during the entire process. She even provided recommendations on how to maintain the health and look of my hair which was extremely helpful. I also received a trim and was happy that it was at the exact length that I had wanted it to be. I am so happy with the results and look forward to another great visit with Sally for my hair! *I received balayage highlights and changed my hair from red brown to ash brown balayage (seamless look).

I have been going to Sally Shin for years, and she truly amazing, a master at her craft. I went yesterday 12/27 right before the end of the year for a baby balayage and love the results. The color is so natural, blended perfectly, and exactly what I was looking for. Sally pays attention to details and delivers results that actually last between visits. Even though she's moving to a new salon - Kim Sun Young (306 N Western Ave, Los Angels, CA 90004), she is absolutely worth following. Finding someone this reliable and skilled is not easy, and once you do, you don't let them go. Highly recommend.

I have been going to SALLY for years. She does the BEST perm! Mine has lasted over a year and I have received a lot of compliments and people asking where I got it. This is the person and place! She does a great job giving you what you ask for whether it's hair color of perm. If you have a picture reference she does a great job referring to it and adjusting it to make sure it suits your face shape and style. Her energy is always great and the assistants who wash hair are great as well!
