My grandfather was referred to Senior Agent YSK by his church member. He needed Medicare and asked his agent for the best recommendation — the agent recommended Clever Care. My grandfather trusted her to provide the best policy, however when admitted to the ER, we found out that Clever Care is the WORST Medicare program you could apply for in Koreatown related facilities. After asking around other agencies, we found out that Clever Care offers bigger commission to insurance agents — and I believe this is the reason why she recommended this to my grandfather. The majority of nursing homes in Koreatown does not accept Clever Care — only low end nursing homes. This insurance company is unethical and does not have their clients’ best interests at heart.
