Very disappointing customer service. After three days and five calls, I still have not received a quote—only excuses. If the onboarding process is this difficult, it is hard to imagine the level of service once you are actually a customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I talked to Sandra Milanes who helped me get a good price for my car insurance! She helped me understand all the details and she was very charismatic as well. Super hospitable and friendly!
Worst AAA I have ever visited. Other AAA locations waiting time is pretty accurate, but here it is not. I have seen everyone in the waiting area being called except for me. I went up to the registration desk to i quire about the wait and he said there are 2 more in front of me, but everyone at the waiting area came after me. DO NOT COME TO THIS location. Anywhere else would be fine other LA location by the USC. Reps are launching and ringing the bell like crazy but nothing is going on. They just have people wait on… Horrible service. Location is too big to service these quantities of people with this kind of lazy service.

Good location with a lot of parking. Only thing is that they do not accept Debit. You can get your car registration renewed here if you're a member without extra fees. Get insurance or if you want make travel arrangements.
