I've been using this insurance agency for 4 years and they are very impolite. They do not have good service. you are better with bib insurance companies not this middle broker-agent. they do not want to serve for u.

This insurance people is/are very rude and impolite. They are here to makke easy money. They will not care for you.

I received help. Even when I was in a car accident and was unsure of whether to contact the insurance company or what to do, they helped me here. And because I'm Korean, it was also convenient.
