They will tell you that they shop all the same insurance providers and they have to submit first or they can’t get a quote. They are a total scam with this racket and completely unethical. We switched and saved more than 75,000 on our commercial auto policy by dumping Paul Lim. This place is a total racket and feeding off the fact that California insurance policies are difficult to get and be compliant. Also, if you use their finance for the policy, understand that the rate can be changed by them, they are marking that up as high as they can get it to make more money, it’s negotiable.
I would like to extend my sincerest compliments to Discover pro insurance for the exceptional service they have provided. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and empathy shown by every member of the team. Their attention to detail and prompt response to my concerns has made me feel confident and secure in my decision to choose this insurance company.
Very poor service, assistance and clerical are nice and polite but the agents are hard to deal with. Almost all Koreans agents. Agents are slow to understand, make doing business very tedious for their clients, and often inaccurate. Oh, by the way, did I tell you making claims is no fun at Discovery Ins. Their agents are quick to collect renewals fees, but actual claims support is not worth it.
I just spoke with Paul Lim and he was very nice to give me the number of his co worker and said, to call him tomorrow.. I am hoping this contact will work. So far a positive experience. Marylynn Clune
YES YES YES!!! I’ve been trying to find a good insurance company with a durable price. Mr. Paul Lim is so understanding and easy to communicate with. 100% recommend you go to this place to get your insurance done. Will not disappoint.
