Two thumbs up!! Tony helped me well when I need home insurance with very competitive quote. He is very professional and responds promptly whenever I ask. His follow up was always professional and good enough when requested by third party. Then I wanted my auto insurance is taken care of by him. He always think at the customer side and teach me how to save premium. I recommend Tony Kim strongly.
Tony has been my insurance agent for +20 years. He has always personally helped me with any questions or issues I had. When I had a car accident he took care of everything immediately!! Recently I had a monthly increase in my car policy, the amount wasn’t much, however he looked into it right away and worked with underwriting to make the corrections. Tony and his team have always been very helpful and they make sure that I always have the best rates possible. They all care about making sure the client is well taken care. There are times Tony has gone into the office on a Sunday to assist me or give me an insurance quote for a new car. I recommend Tony and his team to all my friends and family!!
Been a customer of Tony Kim at State Farm for many years now. Every year, I am reminded why I am so happy with his service! Any time we have a renewal or a need, he is extremely helpful, super responsive and always available for any questions/etc! I have several insurance agents I work with due to work relationships and still pick him every time.. he is amazing!!!! If you need insurance, ask Tony to help! You won’t be happier with anyone else!
We have been with Tony at State Farm for several years, and have all of our insurance policies with him. Tony really is hands off, meaning I can trust that he will offer the absolute best coverage for a great price. He really balances our risk with value. State Farm also has a no hassle claims department (unfortunately I found this out by experience) and my agent Tony was right there making sure all went well. I'm loyalty client for almost 23 years with Mr.Tony Kim. He work very professional and always helping out the client as we need it immediately. If I need some advice he always extend his services to answer all my questions as I need it. That's why I put all my insurance need with him only, not just a car but included my home insurance,office insurance and life insurance too.
