I don’t leave reviews, but this review, I’ll make sure that it’s comprehensive and thorough so no one else gets scammed by JACOB PANG at All State. First of all, this guy is not honest in ANY WAY or form. He charged us for “wooden stove” liability even though we don’t have a wooden stove in our home, and he also proceeded to charge us for “pet” liability, even though we don’t have any pets. I called to get this resolved, and Jacob stated that he will be refunding us the “wooden stove” liability because we caught him lying. However, he’s not willing to refund us the “pet” liability. I called over the weekend to speak to Crizan, and she, too, stated the same thing. When we had further inquiries, Jacob advised to “look for other insurance” because he realized that he can no longer scam us. Please AVOID JACOB PANG at all cost. Just to let you know how sleazy this guy is, he tried to pull the same stunt with my auto insurance, claiming that I won’t be able to find the same rates elsewhere. I made one call to Geico, and they offered me the EXACT same deal at HALF the cost. If you want to verify the legitimacy of everything that I’ve stated in my review, please feel free to reach out to me. I will gladly answer ALL of your questions. Excellent customer service as always. Thorough, reliable, courteous and always with a smile, Mr. Pang and his team are top notch! We have not one complaint about him & we always go to him for our insurance needs. That’s why he’s been our agent for 30+ years and we won’t go anywhere else.
Terrible. These guys run a borderline scam. I made the mistake of having insurance with them for one year. They tried to raise my premium over 300% (!) I told them that I didn't want to renew, and they billed me anyway. They've spent the last couple months harassing me for $425 they're trying to bill for the first month of the new policy that I told them I didn't want and never agreed to. I've been in touch with a Matthew Yi and it feels like they're just playing games hoping I'll go away and they'll get to keep my money. He keeps asking for document after document after document and none of them are ever the right format or sent in the right way. They also won't email anything and only communicate by fax (!) which is incredibly inconvenient. It's 2015; who uses a fax machine? But the main problem is they've scammed me out of $425. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
This is my third insurance but It's been more than 3 years with him and I still with him...Because he is so kind, specialized and helpful for my 3-4cars. Moreover he can speak excellent Korean.
