Is your insurance agent working for you—or just for their commission? Just found out I’ve been paying for "phantom" mileage and unnecessary policies thanks to Young Hee Hong. The Vibe: Rude and disrespectful when asked basic questions. The Reality: High premiums for coverage I don't use. The Fix: I switched to a new Allstate agent and my bill plummeted. I’m currently seeking a full refund for the fraudulent charges. Don’t get taken advantage of—get a second opinion on your policy today!
When I lived in la a short while I had allstate. It was a bit ton pay so I only used it a little. I was moving to leave California and was going to go back to allstate. Most business I thought prefer repeate customer. However instead Allstate just turned me down. They claim that it was because I filled a claim, which is funny because they ate supposed to do that. When I asked for more information they were unable to give any details so I just went with another company. I had chosen to go back to allstate because I believed it was good insurance!!
This office is located on the 9th floor, the staff was very helpful and polite!
This agent is irresponsible, non-responsive and neglected to treat me as a customer. As a result, I ended up facing the same issue twice in a row which they failed to send my insurance information electronically to DMV. As a result, I am facing risk of not being able to drive. Upon numerous times I called and left VMs, she told me to call DMV myself which would not have resolved the issue. All she had to do was to re-send the insurance info to DMV which she refused to do so. This is the worst agent and I had never seen any agent worse than this.
Agent has an awful, sarcastic attitude especially when being asked questions. Thinking someone is going to pay over $3k upfront for a 6 month premium on state minimum coverage is absolutely insane.
