Junbok Lee, took over for Candice kim, approximatly July 2025. It has been extremely unprofessional staff, lies, misinformation, very rude, disrespectful, worst service ever. Canceled my policy after years with Allstate.
Anytime I have any questions the staff is more than helpful to answer and offer assistance . I recently had a claim after water damage from a storm, and Jun Bok and his team were so great with facilitating everything and getting me the information I needed. Additionally, they go above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, and they have great customer service! Highly recommend.
I have been working with my Allstate Agent Junbok Lee for years. Junbok is always finding ways to help me out and he’s always available one call away. The reason I have Allstate is because of Junbok’s excellent customer service!
