Let me tell you about Mandy at Choice insurance... I recently switched to Choice Insurance for my car coverage, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. The process was smooth and straightforward. I called on my lunch break , and spoke to MISS MANDY and got a quote in just a few minutes What stood out to me was how friendly her customer service was when I had a couple of questions. She was quick to respond and really took the time to explain everything. Mandy is truly great.. She Shopped the best quotes at the lowest price. My family LOVES CHOICE INSURANCE I AM HAPPY NEW CUSTOMER

I've been using this insurance company for 11 months. I went to them to change my insurance policy (for full coverage). They changed the subject because the last month's payment hadn't been made. I seriously didn't even know about this, and my license was new. It had nothing to do with me. It could have been a card issue. But then the guy who was dealing with me asked if I could take a photo of my license, and all they wanted was to file a complaint against me. These are people with $200. Instead of asking me for a new debit card, they try to take a photo of my license without saying anything. What are they trying to do? I don't understand. But this is not nice. The purpose of taking the photo of my license is clear. There's nothing more to say.
I have been using Choice insurance Agency for many years now . Mohammad and Michelle gives great customer service. They always find me the best deal for my vehicle insurance policy. Thanks guys for always being there.
